Tiny Man Lost

Oh no! not long after i’ve found you struggling in my tall carpet have i already lost you somewhere else in my home. i’ve been careful to keep track of where you are, but i seem to have misplaced you entirely… i’m on the phone with my friend telling her how i’ve found a rare tiny man who i’ve been keeping as my pet while totally unaware that you’re just below me the whole time. you must have been knocked off the bed at night because now you’re peeking through the furs in my fuzzy slippers on the floor. it must have been quite the ride for you as i walked all around the house wearing those slippers trying to find you. could you have shrunken even smaller? that would explain why i’ve not been able to see or even hear you like i could just days ago. you look on helplessly as i pace around, nearly stepping and sitting on you, chatting with my friend about my secret tiny man. you’re one of the only shrunken men reported in the last few years, and i’m going to make sure we find you and put you back to work for us.
